David Codrea at War On Guns just gave me an idea. It is still in the developmental stage, but I'm convinced the concept is sound.
It seems Special Agent Lee Paige has lost his law suit in which he alleged loss of self esteem in the publication of the video which made him famous. If you haven't seen it, go to Youtube and watch the video.
Quote from SA Paige: "Alright! Alright, now... You see what happened? It could happen to you!"
He was the only one in the room that day, professional enough, that he knew of, to give such a demonstration.
Mission accomplished! You know, just a good guy tryin' to do a tough job.... thankless... dangerous... not seeking notoriety...
Hey, I just had a thought! Maybe there should be a guy like him on every SWAT team! That way, instead of murdering someone, like, I dunno, Jose Guerena or even one of their own, they could have a designated self-amputator!
Here's how it would work: The SWAT team surrounds the house. They get on the bull horn and yell, "You in the house come out now with your hand up!"
If the target doesn't comply in the few seconds allowed, the designated self-amputator would step forward and announce himself. Then he would pull his side arm shoot himself in the foot, or the leg or the arm.
Then he says, "Now, see what happened? It could happen to you! You could be blown away!"
Hell, the suspect would probably surrender in an instant, unable to resist while dying of laughter. The SWAT team would be pre-disastered, and wouldn't have to shoot anyone!
If it saves even one cop's life, wouldn't it be worth it?

On Rights and Discrimination
Eric Holder has backed himself into another corner. Discrimination as it applies to basic rights in society, cannot be tolerated. David Codrea writing in today's Gun Rights Examiner applies logic where it should be applied.
The basic premise is this: The Department of Justice is saying that a South Carolina law which requires potential voters to present a valid, state issued, photo identification before exercising the right to vote is not valid because it impacts minority voters disparagingly. Minority voters, you see are 20% less likely to have a state issued photo I.D. than white voters. So what is being said it, that the requirement to provide a state issued photo I.D. before one can exercise a constitutionally secured right is invalid.
Federal law, however demands that before a person is permitted to purchase a firearm, he must provide a state issued photo I.D. and that if he does not he cannot legally purchase a firearm.
The money quote from Gun Rights Examiner:
So a voter drive to ensure that everyone has proper ID is out of the question and too much of a burden on the electorate? And racist to boot? And the solution is, in order to ensure minority voter rights are effectively enfranchised, that no positive identification of eligibility is required?
Here’s the thing: Let’s take the DOJ’s rationale for overturning the will of South Carolinians as enacted by their lawful representatives at face value, instead of the politically-motivated fraud designed to disenfranchise Republicans they know it is. If Perez is correct, that lack of state-issued photo ID is 20% more likely to disenfranchise minorities from their right to vote, why would we not also believe it would have a similar effect on their right to purchase a firearm, as is specified on ATF’s Form 4473 requiring a driver’s license or “valid government issued photo identification,” and similar forms as proof of eligibility?
The government can’t have it both ways. By their own admission and actions, they consider a requirement to produce official photo identification as discriminatory, with a significant statistical impact on the enfranchisement of minority rights. Heller and McDonald leave no doubt that the Second Amendment articulates an individual right recognized by the federal government and applicable to the states, and it is the duty of the Department of Justice to ensure that denials of rights are prosecuted.

Another Raid in the Drug War
The Agitator, linked here, has a story of those fearless drug warriors, protecting the public by stomping on people for smoking a little bit of weed with some friends.
This raid, in which no on was killed, led to back slapping and high fives all around, unlike a raid which might have killed the occupants leading to back slaps and high fives all around.
A Raid, by definition, is a deliberate attack with a planned withdrawal. By definition, police are now doing deliberate attacks on the citizenry.

An Essay You Must Read
Arctic Patriot links to a very good essay from Casey Research, dealing with the transition from the last vestiges of Constitutional Republic to Police State/Empire. It is called The Rise of the Praetorian Class.
It demands a thorough look by anyone who cares.
I commented on Arctic Patriot the following: The Military will do exactly what it is ordered to do. To most military members, their Constitutional oath is just a mouthful of words. Military members are under UCMJ authority. Orders will be followed. Police of all stripes, on the other hand, are NOT military. As much as they like to play dress up and make war on the citizens they supposedly serve, they are pretenders. They are NOT under any coercive authority. They may quit and go home at any time. As soon as it gets too stressful, too risky and too expensive to do their jobs, they will melt back into the population and become "civilians" again.
If you don't care, disregard. If you do, take it to heart. Go read the essay.

Each of us has to make his Own Decision
I have not yet decided on my own course of action. Someone has. His name is Mark Roote. The source of his comments are in the link HERE.

Now to my response when I find one of these criminal enterprises in action:
1) I have a smart phone with the ability to live feed video to the internet, and it will be rolling and feeding before I come to a stop at said checkpoint.
2) I will knowingly submit to some violations of my G*d-given and unalienable rights in order to be allowed to pass through this checkpoint.
3) Even though I will eventually submit, I will put up a verbal fight and get as close to the line of being arrested as I feel comfortable doing without actually getting arrested.
4) I am breaking no laws for which they can legally arrest me (While Open Carry is legal without a license in Pennsylvania, being inside a vehicle is considered concealed and therefore requires a license in accordance with state law. I have a valid License to Carry Firearms issued in Pennsylvania.)
5) After I am ‘cleared’ to go about my business, I will deliver any non-combatants from my vehicle to a safe location and I will return from a distance… there will be no live video feed of any further actions, but there may be video of one form or another available at a later date.
This is my decision, and I will live and die by it.
A man has committed himself to a principled course of action. Each of us must consider the same options. I pray the Fed-Goons are reading these blogs. I pray that common sense prevails.

This IS How Tyranny is Done

As we slip-slide into tyranny, those who oppress their own people have no qualms about doing it. Those oppressed want deeply to believe they are submitting to tyranny for their own good. This amounts to an epoch of National Self Delusion.

Do we have Natural rights, endowed upon us by God or are we mere Helots, thankful for the privileges and legislated immunities extended to us while we toil at the whim of the Dorian master class? Shall we just give up the national myth and admit we live under the thuggery of crooks and gangsters? Is that truly who we Americans are?

Finally There Is One
Wow! I saw a link at David Codrea's War on Guns blog.
Take a look at Oath Keepers and breathe some fresh air. Ohio Peace Officer Jim Singleton has taken a stand. His die is cast. May God bless him!
It should not be surprising to see a Peace Officer saying publicly and for the record, that he intends to honor his oath. These days, however, it is surprising.
It also shows that there is hope. Perhaps some other Peace Officers who feel the same but were afraid to speak out (peer pressure is a bitch) will now find the courage to take a stand. Perhaps some others who were on the fence will no grow a pair of Constitutional gonads and come down on the side of Life, Liberty, and Property. Perhaps now, there will be a clear delineation between those who believe their job is to serve at the pleasure of the public and those who believe their job is to subjugate the public.
The rest of you, where do you stand? Will you be Peace Officers or Law Imposement thugs?

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this letter, however in light of current events it is inevitable. Just days ago the United States Congress passed the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) this in itself was necessary. However in this bill was an insidious piece of verbiage that for all intents and purposes destroys the foundation of everything we believe in and took an oath to uphold. To me the possibility of those citizens and others under my protection being spirited off in the middle of the night by agents of the military, then being summarily incarcerated without access to judge or jury are insufferable and intolerable acts.
It will be argued that this only applies to foreign persons or others suspected of terrorism, but there are far too many avenues available to apply this to any group to which any administration may take umbrage with. When growing up and especially during our training in the academy we are instructed that the constitutional rights of all must be upheld at all times, as well as the respect for all people we come in contact with or represent. This section of the NDAA attempts to remove those rights which are enumerated and given to us by our creator, and places them in the hands of the office of the President of the United States to be disregarded at his whim.
And in those few words lies a conundrum, do we as police officers, sheriffs, deputies and others who have taken the oath to uphold and defend the constitution, now turn our back on that very oath? Do we now turn against the very same people that entrusted us with a most sacred duty to serve and protect them? If in fact we follow a rule of law such as this bill enacts, it would mean that the oath that we all took meant nothing. We are obliged to follow all lawful orders given to us, but we cannot do this blindly. History has seen the result of these acts and has judged them accordingly. I can only ask all of you to take a moment to reflect upon all that we are taught and hold dear, the people we serve deserve and demand our highest respect for it is through them and they alone that we were given this oath. Do we simply turn a blind eye for the sake of political expediency and lose our respect? Is a few pieces of silver so dear that we would sell our honor for it? How will we explain to our friends and loved ones why members of our community were spirited away or how will they see us when they realize (that when their time comes) we won’t be there for them?
I believe that if and when those orders come, I cannot in good faith and in strict observance to my oath, allow myself to be a part of them. I would hope that members of our military in accordance to the articles of the UCMJ, would also refuse them as well. When that time comes I will do exactly as I have sworn to do, I will serve and protect those under my care, so help me God.

Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?
Then said I, Here am I; send me. Isaiah 6:8

An Update From Balko
Folks THIS one is starting to stink. Does anyone else notice the distinct pattern here? Remember Jose Guerena and the hatchet job the media and police did on him AFTER they had killed him?
The man in question here defended his home against a paramilitary style attack. He is now charged with first degree murder.
Thugs know no morals. They do it again and again because they get away with it. They have willing accomplices in the news media who carry their water.
It is truly a shame what we have come to.

On Resistance
Knuckle Dragger makes some very good points about resistance. I salute him in his clarity of thought and directness. His piece reminds me of the speech by Jose Wales about getting mean, plumb mad-dog mean, "Because if you give up and quit, you neither live nor win. That's just the way it is."
This line of reasoning caused me to apply it to todays headlines. Hence, some thoughts and questions follow:

doctrine of resistance is still valid in the reader's psyche when the
"criminals" are legitimate agents of the State. I would also note
that the criminal and gangster's mentality applies just the same to gangs in
Official State Costume.

Does this principle apply when a bunch of cops are standing
over you, beating, stomping, and kicking you while screaming, "Stop

When the FBI decided to use tanks against the Branch
Davidians, they began their attack with bull horns blaring, "This is not
an assault. If you surrender now, you will not be harmed..." Indeed, why

How many times do you hear policemen refer to their fellow
citizens as "civilians"? Search you tube and look at the plethora of examples of police violence against the people they
supposedly serve. They do it because they are sure they will get away with it.

hide or destroy evidence.

Consider the case of Kelly Thomas, beaten to death by
Fullerton Police officers. There were witnesses. No one stopped them, no one interfered. They killed
a man then gave each other high-fives.
What about when your home is attacked in a para-military
style assault, such as happened to Jose Guerena?
What about when given conflicting commands such as
"Freeze! Get on the ground! Don't move! Do it now!"
What about when given no option to surrender at all, such as
the case of motorcyclist Mike McCloskey, who was shot in the back by an Ottawa
Hills Police officer for the crime of looking over his shoulder?
What about John T. Williams, shot dead by a Seattle Police
officer for the crime of walking down the street while whittling on a piece of
wood? Sickening video...
What about the case of Oscar Grant, who was shot and killed by BART officer Johannes Mehserle. Mehserle and another officer were kneeling on Oscar's neck and back, when Mehserle decided to pull his pistol and shoot Grant in the back. He later claimed that he intended to taser Grant. The fact is he shot him dead.
I am not anti-cop. I am very much pro-Peace Officer. I am very much anti-bullying, and anti-thuggery. I am not saying that all agents of the State are criminals.
Now we are beginning to see formerly free men act in predictable ways when backed into a logical, and practical corner. They cannot expect justice. They cannot expect the cops will do the right thing even MOST of the time. Unfortunately, when a situation such as this happens, the agents of the state only lament, "Why didn't he just submit and comply? Why didn't he just roll over and piss on himself..." There is never a thought that they themselves could be wrong. Their subculture is rife with an "Us vs. them"
mentality, including an attitude which can be summed up as, "It was the right
thing to do 'cause it was us what done it."
In the movie First Blood, Sheriff Will Teasle is heard to say, "People go fucking around with the law and all hell breaks loose."
Now we have the NDAA.

Control Freaks, Logic, and Rulemaking
OK folks, we're going to start at http://westernrifleshooters.wordpress.com/, for a comment from Jim Klein on arcticpatriot.blogspot.com. It has to do with logic. Go ahead and read those links if you like. Then we look at a post on sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com. Mike illustrates the point about arbitrary rule making.
The points I want to make are as follows:
The mistake a logical man makes is assigning logical motivations to the actions of a crook. A logical man sometimes thinks that a bad actor MUST have a good reason for doing something seemingly illogical. This psychological projection is a common mistake. It is a mistake made by good men and criminals both. However, good men are slower and less likely to catch on than criminals. Crooks, when they realize they are dealing with a genuinely honest man, see him as an easy mark. An honest man, when he realizes he's been had, reacts with righteous indignation and anger. The crook is laughing the whole time. The honest man looks for justice and seeks to be made whole again. The crook, thinks the honest man should just get over "losing". To a crook, the honest man should just adopt the rule of the jungle and get some for himself. The honest man thinks he can show the crook how to live a rational and productive life, if only he tries hard enough. Neither is correct and never the twain shall meet.
To a crook, the law of the jungle applies in everything he does. There is no "right" or "wrong", but only "what I want" and "what I don't want". There is no such thing as inherently "lawful" or "unlawful". There is only "What can I get away with" and "what can I not get away with". He does not look at the civilized world and see buildings that MEN BUILT. He does not see inventions created my the MINDS of MEN. He does not see the result of design and effort. He sees only, stuff. He sees stuff that exists. He sees the civilized world just as He sees the jungle, full of stuff which exists.
To a sane and rational man, a logical man, the jungle itself is full of the wonder of God's design. He sees the deliberate creation of each and every creature and plant. He wonders at the Creator's plan. When a rational man sees new inventive technology, he marvels at the inventor's thoughts, efforts, and results. He seeks to know who the inventor was and what motivated him. He deeply appreciates the effort expended in creating the end result from concept, design, forming, sculpting, prototyping, testing, refining, and finally producing an end product that his peers can use.
Think of the Wright brothers in their quest to master powered flight. They spent years in the effort and untold sums of their own money to make their dream a reality. Mankind marveled. Inventors around the world, when they realized the Wrights had broken the code, proceeded to emulate them. The world of powered aviation took off (no pun intended). Mankind benefited greatly and forever owes a debt of gratitude to them.
Do you think the pick-pocket back in Dayton cared one wit how much effort went into creating the world's first powered flying machine? Do you think he cared how much money was spent? No, he didn't. He only looked up one day and said, "Damn, I ain't never seen one of them before!".
A rational man looked up and saw a flying machine and wondered, "How could I build such a thing?". A Crook looked up and thought, "I wants me one uh them!"
Crooks sometimes go into politics. They find their way into positions where they can wield arbitrary power over other people. They become bureaucrats and apparatchiks. They establish little fiefdoms, where their word alone is law. Remember, to the crook, there is no law higher than "what I want".
Socialists are such people. I do not mean the dirty OWS types you saw on CNN. I mean those in politics. College pukes mostly do not know better. Sixty year old politicians do. The argument about whether socialism "works" is a game of charades. The debate is intended to get rational people talking, arguing and debating. The argument keeps rational people, sane people, logical people and productive people busy while the crook-socialist steals more of their life. Here is the big secret: Socialism is not an economic system. It is a control mechanism and it works exactly as intended. It works PERFECTLY!
In the same way, gun control advocates have always used the argument over crime and "gun-violence". The whole argument is used to keep sane and rational men busy, debating the effectiveness of gun control as public policy. While you are spun-up and kept busy debating the latest effort at disarming you, they are picking your pocket. The gun control advocates know very well that their policies DO NOT reduce crime or "gun-violence". They simply do not care. They want YOU disarmed. They will use whatever mechanism they think they can get away with to do it. Disarming you leaves the crooks with absolute arbitrary power to use you as a slave or kill you, which ever suits their whim. The law of the jungle applies.
In a previous piece, I wrote about Franklin Roosevelt and his intentions with the National Firearms Act. If you asked Mr. Roosevelt why he wanted to disarm the American people, he would respond, "That is not my intention at all! I want to keep guns out of the hands of people who shouldn't have them. I want to help people!" His, and Clinton's, and Obama's category of "people who shouldn't have them", means you and me. He wants all of his apparatchiks and bureaucrats armed to the hilt. Those people do his bidding. He wants YOU and me disarmed because armed men are free men. Free men who are armed tend to resist control mechanisms like socialism.
ATF has recently backed itself into a corner with the ruling on non-shotgun shotguns. A person between the ages of eighteen and twenty is "allowed" to purchase rifles and shotguns from an FFL. ATF sent out a letter years ago saying that a person under the age of twenty-one could not purchase a pistol grip shotgun from an FFL because it is not a shotgun. A shotgun, you see is designed to be fired from the shoulder. Since something like Mossberg's persuader was not originally manufactured with a shoulder stock, and thus was not intended to be fired from the shoulder, it is not a shotgun and therefor cannot be sold to a person between the ages of eighteen and twenty. Several manufacturers took ATF at their word and submitted short barrel firearms for examination and classification. They have over-all lengths of twenty-six inches, but have barrels shorter than the arbitrary limit set for long guns. ATF has said that these are not NFA weapons and may be sold to any free man who passes the NICS check and is over the age of twenty-one. What do you want to bet there will soon be screeching and howling at the new "loop hole" recently discovered and eventually a redefinition of the regulations by ATF? Do you think they do this because they are "good guys who mean well"? This is the same ATF who has been facilitating the smuggling of firearms to criminal gangs in Mexico and using that as an excuse to wield more power over you.
Ask any cop of any stripe why he became a cop and he'll say autonomically, "Because I wanted to help people!" The response is like the Manchurian Candidate. The same cop will then proceed to stomp on, and even murder the citizens he is supposedly "helping". He does not see a contradiction. There is no logical contradiction because the statement "I want to help people" is a lie. It is a deliberate lie to keep YOU confused while he exercises arbitrary power over you. He says it because it works. HRT members after Ruby Ridge wanted to "help people". ATF agents after Waco wanted to "help people". DEA agents after raiding medical marijuana farms and dispensaries wanted to "help people". IRS agents... uh, never mind.
Think for a moment of a rifle range, or a maneuver box if you will. The founders of our Republic set very wide left and right limits on what they considered natural liberty. Setting left and right limits allows a maximum exercise of creative and productive freedom while maintaining safety. You may do unto yourself as you will, but you may not harm or murder another. You may attain and possess property, but you may not steal it from another. You may live as you choose, but you may not deliberately offend your neighbor. These are the norms and standards of rational free men.
Control Freaks do not live by any set of principles, except for those previously stated. They live their miserable lives constantly scheming on how to manipulate others.

An Open Letter, read at your own risk...
An open letter to agents of ATF (but if you are a Fed-Goon and the shoe fits, put that sumbitch on),
The whole Federal Gun Control house of cards rests on one case. It is known as U.S. v. Miller. Jack Miller was charged with possession of a fifteen-dollar shotgun on which he had not paid a two hundred dollar tax. In that case, the U.S. Supreme Court, under duress from President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s threat to pack to Court, said basically this:
"Show us how a sawed off shotgun is a militia-grade weapon and we will say it is protected under the second amendment... anyone? anyone? (the defense was not there to argue the case) Very well then, the National Firearms Act stands."
A parsing of words to be sure, but in effect, your fine Weatherby three thousand dollar hunting rifle MIGHT NOT be protected under the second amendment. Your M-16 damned sure is! Your Tommy Gun damned sure is! That crusty old BAR your granddaddy brought back from the war damned sure is! ATF agents, have you read the Miller case? Have you read the history behind the imposition of the National Firearms Act (NFA)? A more pointed question, do you care?
The following is a distillation. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and his Attorney General Homer S. Cummings, wanted to ban guns. They both knew that pesky old “Second Amendment to the Constitution” thingy was in the way. In other words, they wanted to do something blatantly unconstitutional and wanted to figure out how they could get away with it. Does that sound like something “good guys” would do? Do you think they cared? So, how to get it done? They hit upon the bright idea of taxing the hell out of firearms. Which firearms? Why, any gun they didn’t want “people” to have. (Did you know that President Roosevelt wanted very much to have ALL handguns covered under the National Firearms Act?)
The idea was simple. Use the Government’s power to tax. Levy a transfer tax so burdensome that it would inhibit commerce in firearms. Think about Mr. Miller’s two hundred dollar tax bill, and remember that gold was valued at twenty dollars an ounce. Then make the compliance requirements so burdensome, that few people would even attempt to comply. Those who didn’t comply were instantly made paper criminals! Firearm ownership would die a death of attrition over the next decades.
Lets say you were Joseph Kennedy and wanted to comply with the new law. You had the money to pay the taxes on all your machineguns and got your registration paperwork in on time. You were good to go! Joe Average out in fly-over country found out about the requirement to register his guns late in the year. Mr. Average got his paperwork together, secured his Sheriff’s signature and sent in his check… Uh oh! Too bad! The Treasury Department only issued a couple of dozen Tax Stamps that year. “All the stamps have been issued, Mr. Average, your guns are contraband!”
Wasn’t it brilliant?
They hoped no one would notice that the plan was already unconstitutional under settled case law. In the Drexel furniture case (Bailey v. Drexel Furniture Co., 1922), the U.S. Supreme court said, and I will paraphrase here, a tax law that is so burdensome that it inhibits commerce, and thereby raises no revenue, is not tax law at all but a prohibition, and therefore not valid. It was settled law in 1934 when the Right Honorable Messrs. Roosevelt and Cummings devised their plan. I ask you, has the NFA ever been a net revenue generator? Has it ever raised more revenue than it costs to administer? The NFA has been illegal/unlawful since its inception. Two unlawful mechanisms are at work here: the power to tax used deliberately as the power to destroy, and, the deliberate attack on a Constitutionally secured, natural and Common Law, right of the people to keep their own arms. Is this a good thing? Is it right? Do you care?
When the U.S. Congress was writing the Gun Control Act of 1968, judiciary committee members sent word over to the Justice Department concerned that the law could possibly violate the Second Amendment. Justice sent word back to Congress that there was no right of any individual to keep and bear arms, so congress could write any law it wanted.
Congress saw fit to include pacifying language, as a pat on the head to Elmer Fudd, saying
“The Congress hereby declares that the purpose of this title is to provide support to… law enforcement officials in their fight against crime… and it is not the purpose of this title to place any undue or unnecessary Federal restrictions or burdens on law-abiding citizens with respect to the acquisition, possession, or use of firearms appropriate to the purpose of hunting, trapshooting, target shooting, personal protection, or any other lawful activity…
Congress granted itself the authority to determine what the appropriate weapons and purposes were. They even gave the Secretary of the Treasury the authority to ban the importation of and demand the registration of any weapon he didn’t think was “sporting” as defined by him. Does this sound like the action of men who deeply care about their oath to, and original intent of, the Constitution?
Then we come to 1986. Some in congress are trying to get the Firearm Owners Protection Act passed. That act would take a small baby step toward the legitimacy of the "Right of the people..." or what was left of it. Congress passed the Hughes Amendment to that bill. The Hughes Amendment banned the further registration of new machine guns under the NFA. Machine guns which were in the registry were considered transferable, but no new ones were allowed.
The dirty trick was this. The NFA says you MUST comply with the Law in order to be allowed the "privilege" of possessing a machine gun, but the 1986 Hughes Amendment says, "We're not going to allow you to comply with the law!"
Wasn't that brilliant? If you are a control freak, a Statist, a Marxist, or a neurotic anti-self-defense zealot, you would think so. If you are at war with the American people, you would think so.
Now there is an agency of the United States Government, the very function of which is a violation of the Constitution. It is commonly known as ATF.
Men (and entities with female genitalia) work for that agency voluntarily. They do it because they WANT to. They do its work diligently. They have no problem with the obvious ethical and logical contradiction of doing the agency's work after swearing an oath not to. They swear in public that they are "good guys". Then they give us "Fast and Furious". They swear they are all about making America safe, then smuggle weapons to gangsters. They say they don't have an anti-gun-ownership agenda, and then lobby Congress for more gun control laws to enforce.
Feeling the weight of guilt after facilitating the murder of a brother Federal agent, a small handful of them came forward to tell what they knew. That is a handful, out of thousands. We cannot say that thousands knew everything, but with confidence we can surmise that hundreds knew something about it. The very information they were willing to conceal as long as only mere "civilians" were being shot, maimed and killed, they now came forward and exposed. The rest within the agency circled the wagons and hurled insults and rotten tomatoes.
Do we need a herald to announce the truth to us? This agency is chock full of men willing to do unlawful and unconstitutional things, because they can get away with it. There is a quaint expression for those who know the truth, but by their silence facilitate the crime. It is called "misprision of felony". Federal prosecutors like that one for its convenience... that is as long as it is aimed at mere "civilians", not select and anointed “only ones”.
Fast and Furious was not “misguided”. It was not a “botched operation”. It was not about fighting crime. It was about facilitating an unconstitutional political agenda. Socialists have pursued the same agenda since Franklin Roosevelt. They are as predictable as a clock. They employ a federal agency, which was set up and empowered to impose and perpetuate that agenda. Agents who work for that agency know damned good and well what the agenda is and work for it willingly and deliberately.
To quote Tin Cup, this is a defining moment. You define the moment or the moment defines you.
Those who want to BE good men (as opposed to just wearing the party dress) could quit their jobs and resign themselves never again to work against the Constitution and the American people.
They could come forward and tell publicly what they know. They could tell the Congressional committees everything they know and have proof of, everything they know but cannot confirm, and everything they suspect. They could tell the truth about every official misdeed of which they have knowledge. The chips will fall by the force of gravity.
ATF agents, I'll give you a hint: No one believes you anymore. No one trusts you. No one respects you. By your silence you are defining yourselves.

They killed a little girl. The first thing they can think to say in public is...
"The lead officer's gun went off..."
Yeah. That is what happened. The gun jumped out of it's holster, wrapped itself around the Lead Officer's booger hook, and sent the autonomic command to fire to the Officer's brain. Sounds reasonable. Yeah, they'll buy that (stupid civilians).
"...after he encountered a 46-year-old woman inside the front room of the home and "some level of physical contact" ensued."
Some level of physical contact? Like a grandma trying to protect her granddaughter, thus shielding SOMETHING from the nice Officer? Or maybe Grandma was trying to keep her granddaughter from burning to death after the flash-bang was dropped on her.
"Police do not believe the gun was fired intentionally."
No? The the extremely professional and highly qualified "Only Ones" went into a home to execute an arrest warrant and fired a bullet into a little girl unintentionally? If it was unintentional, why was the officer's gun out of it's holster and his finger on the trigger?
All high speed, teflon coated, and bullitt proof ain't it guys? All that high speed special ops training you got a couple of months ago, kinda cool, ain't it? You get to go to a couple of weeks of SWAT school and that makes you just like a Ranger or a Navy SEAL, right? Right? RIGHT?
You really GOOD guys. You GOOD GUYS who "just want to do the right thing".
What if.....? What if, one of these times, when you GOOD GUYS deploy out, the neighbors grab their weapons and turn the tables? You gonna roll back up and call for more REALLY GOOD GUYS? More "Only Ones"? More extremely qualified and highly professional and proficient Super Swell SWAT guys? More Super Swell SWAT Guys who have a couple of weeks of SWAT training under their belts? More Super Swell Guys who have some SWAT Training, and believe they are the same as a Ranger or a Navy SEAL?
I have a suggestion for all of you wanna-be "Only Ones" who think that SWATing citizens of this country is just about the ultimate in a rockin' good time. Read the AAR's of Waco, or better, watch the video which was taken AFTER the gunfight had ended (See the film, Waco: The Rules of Engagement). You'll see a bunch of those REALLY GOOD GUYS backing away, from a home and church, with their hands up, after they had run out of ammo and their high speed, low drag, raid had failed.
Did you do the right thing here? Of course you did. The Cops are always right! That mean, nasty old handgun fired itself and killed the girl. Just think what might have happend if that mean old nasty handgun had been in the hands of a mere civilian, one not nearly so thoroughly trained or as proficient as the Only One to which it was attached! Hell that gun might have run out and wreaked havoc on the city!
Hey, I have an idea! charge the Officer's handgun with a crime, then confiscate everything associated with it on the operation! Lets think of a really cool name for it...
uhmmmm, something like, asset forfeiture!

Control the People!
Folks,
A couple of days ago I tried to explain to you who the enemy really is. I have been trying to open people's eyes to this reality for years.

There you have it. The true goal is to "control the people".
I say again, folks, people like Rep. Dingell are NOT,
"...nice people who mean well, but are misguided."
They are control freaks and would-be tyrants. Their lust for power knows no end. They will never be sated. They will continue to expand their authority over you until you decide to stop them.
The are not "well intentioned". They are not "misguided". They are evil. They walk the earth wearing the same clothes and speaking a similar language, but they DO NOT think like you.
Learn to read them. Learn to see through their mask. Turn your television OFF and think for yourself!
Do some form of PT every day. Get outside and train with your weapons, practice your martial skills. Keep your basic load at hand. Keep your food stores well stocked and have water source and purification accessible.
Most importantly, talk to your neighbors.
Just two days ago a friend visited me. This friend stormed away angry at me about a month ago after I suggested he had been lied to about 9-11 and perhaps he should look into it. Then he comes in after the Obamination calling itself a "health care bill" was signed into law. Now he is ready to learn. There was indeed a straw which broke the camel's back.

What they WANT and what they DON'T WANT
Folks, rarely do we see it so glaringly. Rarely do we see it so obviously. Once in a while, the beast shows it's fangs. Sometimes, if you look closely, and listen intently, the evil which lives among us will show evidence of itself. We tend to psychologically project our good nature, our well meaning, our sense of justice, onto "the evil" and then deny that it meant what it said.
Does anyone remember Nancy Pelosi's response when asked where the Federal Government derives the Constitutional authority to pass nationalized health care?
Her response was "Are you kidding?"
Yesterday, Representative Alcee Hastings let slip his true intent, his true frame of mind, his philosophy if you will.

That was one of those moments. That was an honest glimpse into the mind of the beast, the evil which walks among us.
Control freaks and power mongers live only to wield power over other people. They MUST have other people to control. If abandoned, left completely alone, they go insane.
Mr. Hastings is NOT alone in this manner of thinking. It is COMMON in politics. The simple, unstated ethos is this:
There is not right or wrong. There is only what I WANT and what I DON'T WANT. There is nothing lawful or unlawful because WHAT I WANT is the sum total of the law.
Are there things which are legal and illegal? Sort of, but not really. In reality there is what I can get away with, and what I can't get away with.
You see how this works? The evil among us doesn't think like you and I do. They don't think like moral, rational, logical people. They think ONLY in terms of advantage. They think only in terms of power and control.
There should be no misunderstanding anymore. The beast has shown it's face plenty recently. It has shown its natural state when unconstrained by petty things like having to answer to a constituency. The beast believes you are stupid. If you were smart, like it is, you would live and act like it does, constantly seeking power and advantage over others.
You and I cling to concepts of right and wrong, separate from our whim. You and I cling to concepts of justice in this life or the next. The beast believes, truly believes, that you are an imbecile. You MUST be controlled and herded. The beast lives by P. T. Barnum's axiom, "There's a sucker born every minute."
Have you seen the movie, The Magnificent Seven? Eli Wallach says a line in that film which illustrates the point perfectly. "If God didn't want them sheared, he wouldn't have made them sheep."
One of Aesop's fables was of the frog and the scorpion. The scorpion asks the frog for a piggy-back ride across the river. The frog is naive enough to believe the scorpion's lie that he won't sting him, this time, because they both want to get across the river. Halfway across the river the scorpion stings the frog and the frog begins to feel paralysis. The frog then says, logically, "Why have you stung me? Don't you realize that we will both now drown?" There are two versions of the scorpion's reply. One has the scorpion saying flatly, "It is just my nature." The other has the scorpion saying flatly, "It is your own fault, you knew I was a scorpion before you let me onto your back."
Our current situation is just as in the Aesop's fable. The evil among us tells us daily what it really is, and what it wants. We project the illusory mask of decency onto the evil because we WANT to believe that he is like us, Logical, Rational, Fair-minded, believing in Justice, believing in value for value. We think, like children, that if we try hard enough, and we give the beast enough chances, it will see the light of truth and WANT to do what is right.
We are the ones who have been wrong. We are the ones abdicating our responsibility to resist evil. The evil among us does what it does because we allow it.
How many of you are willing, right now, to say publicly:
I DO NOT WANT your damned Socialist Security!
I do not want your medicare!
I do not want your medicaid!
I do not want your food stamps!
I do not want your WIC, AFDC, S-CHIPS, Welfare, or your damned school lunch program!
If you are not willing to say the above, and live by it, then go home. Admit that the evil among us has already won the war and you are a sheep, submitting to being sheared. Go home and work in drudgery for the day you can retire and collect your "benefits" from your Lord and Master, the Federal Government. Go home and forget your dream of one day living as a free man!
Give up the illusion of holding allodial title to your own life.
Go home and shut up!
There is, however, another course of action. If you are willing to live as a free man, if you are willing to take the risk and responsibility of providing for yourself, if you are ready to acknowledge the law written upon your heart by your creator as superior to all others, then declare your independence now. Take no more sustenance from the evil which would control you.
Our Republic, known as the United States of America, is still a union of States. The Constitution for the United States of America still exists. The States still retain their sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment. The natural right of secession is still inherent to these States. The people of the States still have the authority to change their own legislatures and to change their elected representation in the United States Congress. The people of the States still have full authority to change their government or alter or abolish it.
Do some form of P T every day. Put away from dry food stuffs. Go to the range and train with your weapons. Make a plan to purify and store water. Pray to God through our Lord Jesus Christ for strength and wisdom. Pray for the ability of discernment to separate evil masked, from genuine good. Find within you, and through your faith, the strength to resist with manly firmness the evil which lives among us.
We do not face a worldly enemy. We face a spiritual one. Evil is not of this world, but lives in it as we do. Prepare yourself to do violent things in order to resist evil.
Always remember, you desire to be left alone to live your life in peace. The beast desires to control you, or if unable to control, destroy you.
Take the red pill and see the world as it really is, or take the blue pill and go back to sleep.
The choice is yours. The time is now.

Encountered a snitch...
Saturday night, after a hard day of work at a gun show, friends asked me to dinner with them at a local restaurant. I went. When I walked in, my friends introduced me to a fine young man, recently of the United States Marine Corps, who would be having dinner with us.
I had encountered this young man at the show earlier in the day. He had come by my tables and boisterously interrupted my conversation with my customer. He had stated that he was "an AK guy" and knew a lot about AK type rifles. I politely let him rattle on until he ran out of steam, then resumed the conversation with my customer, which amounted to, "I'm going to get my check book".
Anyway, back to dinner. Our new "friend" told tall tales about how he was awake and aware of the problems in our country and that he was deeply committed to the "patriot movement". He really laid in on thick.
OK, guy, we get it. You're a good guy. We get it! You don't have to be so loud.
Next, our new "friend" pulls out a pocket sized Technical Manual for a piece of equipment known as the A/N PVS-14, which is a night vision monocular in use by our military. He looked at me and said, "I'm sure YOU know what that is...".
I asked him, "Are you trying to sell that?" His reply said it all. Now what he said and the way he said it were calculated to elicit a particular response. First, it was said to ingratiate. Second it was meant to psychologically disarm. And lastly it was meant to place me/us on the defensive, psychologically speaking. His reply to my inquiry about selling the PVS-14 was, "That depends on whether or not you're wearing a wire...ha ha ha."
In other words, we're ALL crooks here right? I can trust you guys, right?
Strike one, pal.
A bit later, he started telling us how he had access to 14-15,000 pieces of 5.56mm brass, which recently came off the ranges as Camp Pendleton. Also, he had .50 BMG brass for a buck a piece.
Strike two, dick-weed.
Then it got better, he began to spin a tall tale about how when he was in the USMC, he did something stupid which got him some extra duty. One in our party inquired what it was that got him in trouble. He couldn't seem to remember that detail, but you know how a young man is, he did something stupid....uhhhmmmm, you know, doesn't matter what it was...hhhmmmm...anyway, extra duty. This is the good part, his extra duty was an assignment to the arms room (WTF?). While he was working in the arms room one day, some Force RECON Marines, you know, those Spec-ops guys, came in from a training rotation out in the field. While they were cleaning up and turning in their equipment, they told our "friend" that they had a whole case of suppressors/silencers, and asked him to "throw them away" for them. The reason being, they were rotating overseas and would be given new equipment when they arrived.
Hmmmm, things get curiouser and curiouser. Take some expensive, sensitive, federally registered, property-book items and just "throw them away" because they were getting new ones anyway.
Strike Three fuck-head.
He was fishing hard. He was casting and retrieving as fast as he could... and nobody nibbled. While he had been talking, he had also been fingering his cell phone. When he got up to use the facilities, he left his cell phone on the table. I guess he figured we would just continue talking, you know, about stolen military equipment and such.
I hate snitches worse than just about anything. Snitches, and those who run them, are low-life scum. They entice unsuspecting people into doing something they probably WOULDN'T have done, and then, with glee, close the trap and yell GOTCHA! Then parade their prize in public, declaring to all the world how they are the saviors of society, keeping unlawful felons "off the streets".
For the record, this fellow was either a federal agent, a snitch for a federal agent, or too stupid to be in our company.
It didn't work, Fuck-face! Nobody fell into your snare. No "Gotcha!" this time.
The bad thing is, they keep coming. They keep trying. They keep setting them up and knocking them down, putting people in prison for doing things they wouldn't have been inclined to do, if not enticed. They walk in our midst. They expect the law abiding to pay them. The expect gratitude and respect. They move among peaceful people and they prey on them.
They aren't worth the time I put into writing this blog entry. I thought everyone should know.

The noise is rising... Is ANYONE listening?

Most of us have been in this tragic position before. It feels something like that slow, heavy walk that we experience as we approach the front door of the funeral home. The anticipation of walking through that door into a room that reeks of death is a soul chilling moment that is never forgotten.
The statements, the warnings, the what if’s, and how can they do that situations are thousands upon thousands across America. The personal injuries heaped on the heads of true Americans at the border, in the city streets, by apostate church leaders, from judges at all levels, to the arrogant bureaucrats that run our lives and could fill the Library of Congress if printed, are ABSOLUTE proof that the Republic is dead.
There is no one left to turn to for relief from an onslaught that would have been a declared war had it come from another country. We as a nation of citizens, have been brutalized so badly by criminals inside the government, that we could have easily justified the use of deadly force to beat back the pillaging of our homes and communities. And diabolically, this has been done by the very people who were allowed a seat of power over us by our own vote.
The ongoing war for liberty is being waged on a thousand fronts. City and county governments have been persuaded by government agents to buy into Agenda 21 at all levels and adopt the radical environmentalist agenda. These local maniacs have done so eagerly. They revel in the appearance of solidarity both socially and politically with those who want to see swamp dwelling muskrats be able to retain attorneys should their habitat be threatened. Utterly blind deceit and a spirit of delusion reigns. Churches and cities have joined in efforts to provide illegal aliens (illegal here meaning ILLEGAL) “sanctuary” in direct and open violation of federal law. You know, the kind of federal law that says you can’t shoot FBI agents on sight or that you MUST pay a voluntary illegal federal income tax, or call a sodomite evil, to just name a few minor federal laws. But then, since when has consistency or lawful conduct ever meant anything to BATF, FBI, IRS, CIA, DEA or NTSB agents that were at Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, Flight 800, New York, the Pentagon, Dallas, etc., etc., etc…..We have been misled, lied to, confused, plotted against and abused by lawyers representing all of these entities so many times, that every last one of the perpetrators would have been hung in the public square 120 years ago.
Instead, patriots, citizens, civic groups and moms and pops have been the target of these same self-serving, power infested dirt bags simply because they wanted the truth and were not going to accept any other made up version of Washington’s idea of “truth.”
Many of these good people have been the victim of government abuse at the hands of federal prosecutors and judges who receive bonuses for successful prosecutions. Honest, God fearing and courageous individuals have been persecuted by the United State’s government for following the law, publishing the truth, and protesting the cowardly use of “Nazi” power that was allowed by federal judges bought and paid for by the Council on Foreign Relations or simply the so called “Justice Department.”
My dear God, how is it possible that the Attorney General’s office is staffed by radicals and rights robbers? How is it that Eric Holder, a radical political leftist shames us daily by walking into his office? Add to that a supremely incompetent Janet Napolitano, racist Planned Parenthood supporter Sebelius, bumbling Biden and on and on and on.
So instead of moral leadership in the states, we must endure examples of freedom’s guardians like the State of Missouri and the “bumper sticker” warriors with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. We watch helplessly as Arizona is set upon by jackals from Mexico and California slips into the ocean of poverty and liberalism run amok. All in the name of progressive socialism, or “do whatever you want and get someone else to pay for it” statism. The Republic died because we were not content with freedom in every corner of the land. No, we allowed our legislators at all levels to create “freedom” out of nonsense and liberty out of lawlessness. We shook our heads when the courts made law from guilt, incarcerated the innocent, and set the criminals free. We are living with Alice in the 180 degree world of Wonderland. Bad has become good, right has become wrong and gray the color of choice.
Now comes the hard part. There are no easy paths left for America or Americans. Any last second victory with a miracle field goal is just not there to be found. We left the playoffs in second place. Doesn’t matter that they cheated and the refs were bought off, it is in the books as a loss. Get that fact firmly planted in your minds. This game is OVER!
You may continue to live in your comfort zone and deny all truth. Some of you do and justify it because you don’t want to rock anybody’s boat. A few of you write to me, lie about the facts and tell me I am the nut job. Hear me well. I do not want to rock boats, I want to sink fleets!! That time is now. If they wanted me to go to Viet Nam and fight someone else’s civil war, then I am just as ready to fight one right here and right now. They have sent our military to prove freedom and “democracy” are worth fighting for. Well, how about doing the same in America? Let’s put those troops on our own borders, PLEASE!! Let’s sink the coastal pirates and the drug runner’s boats with chain guns and A-10’s. Throw some ordinance in those border tunnels. Yea, sure. But we WILL kill women and children at Waco and Ruby Ridge now won’t we, and call it righteous. Janet “the Bull” Reno embarrassed us all with her other worldly looks and actions in the name of the American people as another “hero” at Justice.
Let me cut to the chase. Some in America are quietly and to a very minor degree working to bring sanity back to our local, state and federal governments. It will not be enough and it will not turn the tide. I respect them for trying and know that many have believed they could effect real change (not the Obama type). Others have written off the government and agency goons at all levels and are gearing up for some monumental change. You know, the kind of change that will have authorities buying all the Depends they can find for the day of reckoning with American citizens.
In that regard, Americans from coast to coast have been calling and scheduling in-field training to be conducted within their local regions in anticipation of whatever is to come. They are ready, they are eager and they are committed to this effort. Our training team will be joining hundreds with the goal of amping up the training levels for many who have not even started a camp fire. This is exactly what is desired and precisely what is needed for those who have said, "we have nothing more to lose and we will defend what we have left."
Like with the training sessions held this year across America, a DVD produced by our production crew was made to send to those who could not get to a seminar. The seminars are over and only field training is now being conducted. We have also produced a nearly six hour DVD outlining much of what is covered in the field and was actually taped at our inaugural two day camp this past July. Hundreds wanted to come, but could not make it that time. We will hold these camps next year beginning in April and those sites will be posted at our web-site. Nine have scheduled already. There is no one left to turn to for relief from an onslaught that would have been a declared war had it come from another country. We as a nation of citizens, have been brutalized so badly by criminals inside the government, that we could have easily justified the use of deadly force to beat back the pillaging of our homes and communities. And diabolically, this has been done by the very people who were allowed a seat of power over us by our own vote.
The ongoing war for liberty is being waged on a thousand fronts. City and county governments have been persuaded by government agents to buy into Agenda 21 at all levels and adopt the radical environmentalist agenda. These local maniacs have done so eagerly. They revel in the appearance of solidarity both socially and politically with those who want to see swamp dwelling muskrats be able to retain attorneys should their habitat be threatened. Utterly blind deceit and a spirit of delusion reigns. Churches and cities have joined in efforts to provide illegal aliens (illegal here meaning ILLEGAL) “sanctuary” in direct and open violation of federal law. You know, the kind of federal law that says you can’t shoot FBI agents on sight or that you MUST pay a voluntary illegal federal income tax, or call a sodomite evil, to just name a few minor federal laws. But then, since when has consistency or lawful conduct ever meant anything to BATF, FBI, IRS, CIA, DEA or NTSB agents that were at Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, Flight 800, New York, the Pentagon, Dallas, etc., etc., etc…..We have been misled, lied to, confused, plotted against and abused by lawyers representing all of these entities so many times, that every last one of the perpetrators would have been hung in the public square 120 years ago.
Instead, patriots, citizens, civic groups and moms and pops have been the target of these same self-serving, power infested dirt bags simply because they wanted the truth and were not going to accept any other made up version of Washington’s idea of “truth.”
Many of these good people have been the victim of government abuse at the hands of federal prosecutors and judges who receive bonuses for successful prosecutions. Honest, God fearing and courageous individuals have been persecuted by the United State’s government for following the law, publishing the truth, and protesting the cowardly use of “Nazi” power that was allowed by federal judges bought and paid for by the Council on Foreign Relations or simply the so called “Justice Department.”
My dear God, how is it possible that the Attorney General’s office is staffed by radicals and rights robbers? How is it that Eric Holder, a radical political leftist shames us daily by walking into his office? Add to that a supremely incompetent Janet Napolitano, racist Planned Parenthood supporter Sebelius, bumbling Biden and on and on and on.
So instead of moral leadership in the states, we must endure examples of freedom’s guardians like the State of Missouri and the “bumper sticker” warriors with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. We watch helplessly as Arizona is set upon by jackals from Mexico and California slips into the ocean of poverty and liberalism run amok. All in the name of progressive socialism, or “do whatever you want and get someone else to pay for it” statism. The Republic died because we were not content with freedom in every corner of the land. No, we allowed our legislators at all levels to create “freedom” out of nonsense and liberty out of lawlessness. We shook our heads when the courts made law from guilt, incarcerated the innocent, and set the criminals free. We are living with Alice in the 180 degree world of Wonderland. Bad has become good, right has become wrong and gray the color of choice.
Now comes the hard part. There are no easy paths left for America or Americans. Any last second victory with a miracle field goal is just not there to be found. We left the playoffs in second place. Doesn’t matter that they cheated and the refs were bought off, it is in the books as a loss. Get that fact firmly planted in your minds. This game is OVER!
You may continue to live in your comfort zone and deny all truth. Some of you do and justify it because you don’t want to rock anybody’s boat. A few of you write to me, lie about the facts and tell me I am the nut job. Hear me well. I do not want to rock boats, I want to sink fleets!! That time is now. If they wanted me to go to Viet Nam and fight someone else’s civil war, then I am just as ready to fight one right here and right now. They have sent our military to prove freedom and “democracy” are worth fighting for. Well, how about doing the same in America? Let’s put those troops on our own borders, PLEASE!! Let’s sink the coastal pirates and the drug runner’s boats with chain guns and A-10’s. Throw some ordinance in those border tunnels. Yea, sure. But we WILL kill women and children at Waco and Ruby Ridge now won’t we, and call it righteous. Janet “the Bull” Reno embarrassed us all with her other worldly looks and actions in the name of the American people as another “hero” at Justice.
Let me cut to the chase. Some in America are quietly and to a very minor degree working to bring sanity back to our local, state and federal governments. It will not be enough and it will not turn the tide. I respect them for trying and know that many have believed they could effect real change (not the Obama type). Others have written off the government and agency goons at all levels and are gearing up for some monumental change. You know, the kind of change that will have authorities buying all the Depends they can find for the day of reckoning with American citizens.
In that regard, Americans from coast to coast have been calling and scheduling in-field training to be conducted within their local regions in anticipation of whatever is to come. They are ready, they are eager and they are committed to this effort. Our training team will be joining hundreds with the goal of amping up the training levels for many who have not even started a camp fire. This is exactly what is desired and precisely what is needed for those who have said, "we have nothing more to lose and we will defend what we have left."
Like with the training sessions held this year across America, a DVD produced by our production crew was made to send to those who could not get to a seminar. The seminars are over and only field training is now being conducted. We have also produced a nearly six hour DVD outlining much of what is covered in the field and was actually taped at our inaugural two day camp this past July. Hundreds wanted to come, but could not make it that time. We will hold these camps next year beginning in April and those sites will be posted at our web-site. Nine have scheduled already. They are reserved on a first come basis. That information and the seminar or training DVD’s are available at www.theheartlandusa.com. There is a holiday special if you want both training aids. They are available NOW. If the national scene changes and we can’t make it to your area, then the DVD will give you more than you could get otherwise, short of the actual training itself.
I am afraid that the time has arrived for Americans to decide that the robbery of their nation can no longer be tolerated. To cede one more inch of freedom’s last acre is 50 million acres too much. To allow the enslavement of our children by a government pretending to be our benefactor is a crime that must be avenged. That is why we are in the field with you. We will do our best to help you get through this national nightmare. All we ask is that you stand with us in prayer and roll up your sleeves. It’s time to till the soil.

They did it again...
I have been telling people since the election, last year, that the Socialists/Communists in Congress would go full bore with their leftist agenda. I warned that while they have a majority in both houses and the presidency, they will want only one thing.
That thing is, to do the maximum amount of damage to our Constitutional foundation, to our nationhood, as they can while the have power. It matters not that they will be pummeled in the next election cycle. It matter not that most of them will be thrown out of office very soon. What matters is that they advance the agenda as much as possible right now! Now, while they are able. This is religion. Their religion is Marxism, or secular humanism if you will.
Do you remember 1994? Do you remember how angry the electorate was over tax increases? Over the Brady Bill and the Firearms ban? Do you remember the Branch Davidians being murdered by Federal agents, by running them over with tanks and setting them on fire? Do you remember the hearings which whitewashed that event after the fact? Do you remember how the "Republicans" swore that when they took office they would begin to roll back the Clinton agenda? Do you remember Speaker Newt leading the charge?
Well? Was ANY of the Clinton agenda rolled back? Did Stateism/Marxism/Socialism ever recede from its Great Leap Forward? Did Mr. Bush significantly roll back the power of the Federal Government, or did he do the exact opposite?

Covertly or openly, they have been the "spoilers" of conservative victory who, like Tolkien's Grima Wormtongue, poison the thought, weaken the heart and chill the limbs of the latent majority that may yet save the American republic. As the other Wormtongue did to the king of Rohan, so they do to the conservative constituency, acting to prevent its full strength from being gathered. Will destructive results from their artful fecklessness, like the thwarted conservative victory in New York's 23rd Congressional District, finally be enough to loose their fatal hold over those friends of the republic still trapped in the delusion of GOP conservatism that is Republican in name only? Or will they simply allow a different cast of the same troupe of actors to credential themselves for another round in this tragicomic political charade? I guess it depends on whether tea partiers, as well as other conservatives now awakening, remember this: The patriots at the Boston Tea Party weren't drinking tea, they were throwing it overboard. There's a lesson in that when it comes to drinking the Kool-Aid being served up by the false-flag "conservatives" presently at the helm of the GOP."
