Stewart Rhodes Has A Conversation With Cynthia McKinney

Stewart, forgive me, but this is so well said it bears reposting:

https://www.oathkeepers.org/snipers-kill-four-officers-wound-seven-during-dallas-black-lives-matter-protest/

We don’t see color when looking at any shooting incident where there is a possibility of police wrongdoing, just as in this attack on the police, we have no idea what color the dead or wounded officers are, and we don’t care. We just see people.
And as I have said many times, I think we ALL have a very real, and very serious problem in every community with the militarization of the police, and the increased use of what amount to military rules of engagement where officers are very quick to fire on anyone they suspect of being armed, as if that is itself a justification for shooting people (odd, in a nation of armed free people). See our protest against the SWAT killing of Marine veteran Jose Guerena. I still have a hard time watching this gut wrenching video we put together on that and every time I hear that song, I think if him and his poor wife and child and tears roll down my face. I didn’t insist on protesting that shooting to give “equal time” to Hispanic victims of police abuse, even though I come from a family of Mexican immigrants on my mother’s side). I insisted on it because he was AN AMERICAN, and a Marine who served his nation in combat, and he did not deserve to die like that. And it made us angry to see a SWAT team used like that, to serve a mere search warrant, on a man who did exactly what any of us would do if strange men came crashing down our doors with our wife and kid home – grab a rifle and defend them.  We don’t see color, we see people, and we realized that there but for the grace of God, go I. We all would have ended up like him, dying with his safety still on, while he tried to sort out what was going on, while the SWAT team saw man with gun, and shot man with gun, who was merely defending his family. It was an outrage, and it was an outrage not because he was a “man of color” (whatever the hell that means) but because he was a man. Period. A man we can relate to as men, and as warriors. And it pissed us off.
Before you start demanding that we provide “equal time” according to race, you really should read what I wrote back in November, 2014 here:
And here is the most pertinent quote from me:

The perception of the people as “the enemy” in a “war on terrorism” and a “war on drugs” is not just in cities, nor is it just applied to “communities of color.” That perception is applied in small town America as well as in cities, and to ALL Americans, of every race, creed, and color. It is not a “black” problem. It is not a “brown” problem. It is an American problem. Any American, anywhere, at any time, can be subjected to the same military tactics and mindset, whether during a raid on their home, during a traffic stop, or any other encounter with police. Sniper rifles were pointed in at protesting Americans at Bundy Ranch in Nevada just as much as in Ferguson, Missouri. And likewise for the response to the Boston bombing in the search of Watertown, MA, where weapons were pointed in at entire families as they were ordered from their homes. And any American can suffer the fate of Jose Guerena (Marine Iraq veteran killed in SWAT raid), Bounkham Phonesavah (a one year old baby burned with a flash-bang), or any of the many other Americans caught up in the overuse and abuses of SWAT teams seen here:  http://www.cato.org/raidmap
And any American can end up like John T. Williams (deaf woodcarver shot by Seattle cop while whittling a stick), or David Eckert (repeatedly cavity searched and subjected to forced enemas and colonoscopy), or like these two women cavity searched on the side of the road. What does race have to do with it? Not much.
This, this, this, or this, can happen to any American, of any race, in any community, at any time.
As retired Pennsylvania police officer Larry Hohol put it, when referring to that last link (the Robert Leone beating): “But for the grace of God, this could have been your child or family member that these horrific acts happened to.” Watch his video analysis of that incident here. That had nothing to do with race, but everything to do with abuse of power.
American police have a problem, and this problem is now endemic, and reaches into every community. As former NYPD Detective Frank Serpico recently said:
Today the combination of an excess of deadly force and near-total lack of accountability is more dangerous than ever: Most cops today can pull out their weapons and fire without fear that anything will happen to them, even if they shoot someone wrongfully. All a police officer has to say is that he believes his life was in danger, and he’s typically absolved. What do you think that does to their psychology as they patrol the streets—this sense of invulnerability? The famous old saying still applies: Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
And it is a problem that the good police have a DUTY to stop. You officers who are the “good cops” out there must police your own and put a stop to the abuse by the bad cops, and that includes all the overuse and abuse of SWAT teams, all of the violations of rights perpetrated in the name of the “war on drugs” and all of the excessive force and violations of rights that occur all over this nation, every day.

Learning The Wrong Lesson From Dallas

Vox Popoli nails it.

Money quote:

Unless and until the police give up their military-style affectations, "us vs them" mentality, and most of all, their legal unaccountability, they're going to find themselves fighting a war against the American people. And it is a war they simply cannot win.

and,

What happened in Dallas may be shocking, but it isn't even remotely surprising. Many people have seen it coming; what will likely prove the most surprising aspect of this incident is how many people will remain utterly unsympathetic to the Dallas police and their bereaved families. The police may consider themselves above the law, but they are not beyond the reach of an increasingly outraged public.

Police around the country will take the wrong lesson from the Dallas shooting event. They, in their ongoing training, will reinforce their belief that they are a military occupational force and that they must, and of right ought to, dominate and subjugate the people who employ them.

Policemen will behave more thuggishly. They will be even more hyper-vigilant with every encounter with "civilians" (mind-set, remember). They will see EVERY citizen who is legally armed, whether in possession of a Government permission slip or not, as an enemy to be stomped on. Understand this. Police around this country have been conditioned for nearly one hundred years to the idea that No one should posses arms but themselves.

Think about this very concept. If a citizen is in possession of a sidearm, which he has a natural right to, and encounters a policeman, the policeman's automatic response is usually, "Prove to me you have permission to do that!" If no permission from the State is required in that locality, the policeman's response is, "Prove to me you NEED to!"

This mind-set leads to, "Get on the ground, Civilian! I shall stand on your neck until I feel better!"

I have said before, we are in the anti-terrorist era. Police tactics have evolved to handle "terrorist situations". What are those? Every situation is a potential "terrorist situation". A citizen otherwise minding his own business and stopped for a minor infraction, or even stopped at an unlawful "check point", becomes a "threat to officer safety" the moment the citizen does anything but submit. God help the citizen if he is exercising his natural right to be armed. The policeman goes instantly into panic mode. The citizen, becomes "Man with a gun!". "Man with a gun..." equals "threat/terrorist/he is going to try to kill me." At that point, there is very little chance the citizen can do anything right. He MUST grovel and beg and placate and render obeisance or the policeman believes he is justified in using deadly force. Killing the "subject" is a valid option because of the policeman's emotional state. The citizen doesn't need to BE a threat to the policeman. The policeman just needs to FEEL that way. That is enough.

What SHOULD policemen learn? Very simply, a man carrying a sidearm in holster is NOT a threat to you or anyone else until he threatens you or someone else! A man with a firearm (or a dozen firearms) in his car as he travels down the road is NOT a criminal until and unless he commits a crime! You have no business interfering with a person going about his business just because he decided to carry his sidearm that day and didn't beg your permission first! Sobriety checkpoints are unlawful, it doesn't matter that Supreme Court says you can get away with doing them. Too often these are used as interrogation checkpoints. Citizens of the community see this as an interruption of their right to their lives. When "What ya headed tonight?" elicits the response, "None of your fucking business! Leave me alone!", you should NOT be surprised! This is a natural and normal response to a person having his life interrupted by a bully intent on his own designs.

Now why did we have shootings in Dallas last night? Multiple reasons. Not the least of which is situations like the one in Minnesota where Philando Castile was murdered by a policeman afraid of his own shadow. Read what I wrote here: http://pluckingtheyew.blogspot.com/2016/07/this-is-sad-video-to-watch.html.

I do not condone the murder of ANYONE. I do however know that it is a universal law that bullies and thugs eventually get what is coming to them. Those thugs could be career criminals, politicians (same thing?), sociopaths and psychopaths in business, or even control-freak policemen.

If you have the attitude, "These civilians are gonna have learn to submit...", then look at Dallas and see what you have wrought.

Killed Because... Well, Because.

This is a sad video to watch. A man was murdered in front of his loved ones. The murderer killed him because he was not a member of the murderer's Gang. The child can be heard attempting to comfort the mother at the end.

What will happen to the killer? Nothing. He's a member of The Gang. He will be protected.  All of his co-workers will tell a story aligning with his. All of his supervisors will sing his praises. Prosecutors will refuse to prosecute this killer because The Gang protects them.

The killer will eventually make a statement something along the lines of, "Subject stated he was armed, gave warnings, refused to obey commands, furtive movement, feared for my life, etc...

Nobody but the killer and passengers in the vehicle saw what happened before the video began.

I have a surmise about what happened. I suspect the killer demanded the victim's driver's license and vehicle registration as usual. The victim related to the killer that he had a CCW and was carrying a handgun, before he reached for his wallet. The killer, in a flash realized that his subject was armed and was doing something other than groveling in fear.

One must understand the killer's mindset. In his mind, EVERYONE MUST grovel before members of The Gang. No subject should be armed in his presence. Anyone who is armed in his presence and who is NOT a member of The Gang, MUST intend to kill him. That is the way he his trained and indoctrinated. He believed he was right and just to commit murder because he experienced a moment of fear and confusion. The subject failed to grovel. The subject was confident. The subject was armed (even with permission from the State).

By trying to be honest and law abiding he alerted the killer to the fact that he believed himself to be a free man. The subject attempted to comply with the law as per the legal requirement under the conditions of his "permission to carry". He reached for his wallet, attempting to comply with the killer's demands for his permission to travel documents. As he was doing this, the killer attempted to processed the new "subject is armed" information through his pea brain. He gave a new command of "Don't reach for your wallet!". In the next half second, as the victim was in the process of withdrawing his wallet, he was also attempting to process the new and conflicting command "Don't reach for your wallet!" In the half second it took for the victim to process the conflicting command, the killer was experiencing an extreme adverse emotional state. He observed the victim doing something other than complying with his latest conflicting command. The victim was doing something other than groveling in fear. The killer interpreted this as an offensive act. The killer's training and indoctrination required him to engage.

A few seconds later, the killer can be heard attempting to justify the murder to himself by stating aloud the preconditions of the victim's only route to survival. The victim failed to comply. The victim failed to provide the killer with his desired emotional state. That was his death sentence.

The Gang does not care about you. The Gang exists to control you.

Sheepdogs? Their primary purpose is to herd sheep, to bark and snarl, to snap their fanged jowls at the heels of the sheep. The sheepdog moves the herd at the command of the master, in the direction the master wants the herd moved. The sheep are there to be perennially sheered and eventually slaughtered.

Are you a free man? Or, are you a sheep, in need of a sheepdog to heard you?

Even With trump, The Fix Is Still In

So, this is what trump had to say today:

""But I can tell you, in one form or another, Newt Gingrich is going to be involved with our government, that I can tell you."

So either trump is another charlatan, or he is a fool and Gingrich has been assigned to be his handler.

Gingrich admits he is a "progressive". But he means he is a good progressive! You know, like Teddy Roosevelt. GOVERNMENT SHOULD ONLY INTERFERE IN YOUR LIFE WHNE IT KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU! Government should establish National Monuments and National parks like Clinton... uh, I mean, Teddy Roosevelt did! Etc., etc.

Jeez, it never ends. We are well and truly fucked.

"Don't worry. Here's how we're going to handle this..."

On the 27th of June 2016 A.D., the Attorney General of the United States Loretta Lynch, met with the spouse, Bill Clinton, of a person under Federal criminal investigation, Hillary Clinton. They met on a private airplane on an airport tarmac with the intent of keeping the meeting secret.

My conjecture is, and I am quite confident that I am correct, the meting was purposed toward informing the spouse of the person under criminal investigation of the outcome of that investigation before it was announced to the public. Put simply, Loretta Lynch told Bill Clinton,

"Don't worry. Here's how we're going to handle this..."

The fix was already in. The Director of the FBI, James Comey didn't raise an objection to it because he knew in advance it was going to happen. I suspect the senior investigators knew the fix was in also.

The Attorney General, after the meeting was exposed, did a public but fraudulent mea culpa and said it was very bad judgment and she wouldn't do it again. Bullshit. She did it deliberately. She would do it again if and when she thinks she could get away with it. You see, the secret meting was supposed to be "secret". Then, to further the fraudulent mea culpa, she said she would defer to the recommendation of the FBI in how to proceed with this investigation and (im)possible prosecution.

After the Attorney General's semi-recusal, we wait anxiously until after Independence Day to hear the Director of the FBI lay out his case for non-prosecution. Director Comey stated clearly that violations of the law had been committed. He then further stated that since Mrs. Clinton didn't "intend to..." he and the FBI and thence the (in)Justice Department would allow Mrs. Clinton to get away with her crimes. Those same crimes have landed many people in jail for years in other cases, with intent or not.

You see, the fix was in. It had been decided months ago how this was going to go down. Everything we saw over the last ten days or so has been smoke and mirrors. It was a light and magic show. It was scripted theater. IT WAS A LIE. Do you get it now?

Rhetorical question: Who has been called the "father of lies"?

We also were told that FBI agents investigating this case were "livid", were "furious", over the meeting between Lynch and Clinton. Why, it was against protocol! It was just not done! Bullshit. This is how it is done at the Federal level.

Another rhetorical question: How many of those "furious" and "livid" FBI agents, who were involved in compiling this case, have now resigned their office in disgust? Dozens? A handful? One?

None.

The fabled FBI has now lost the last of its credibility. It is now widely recognized as a political Bully Squad and nothing more. Do, you want just one recent example? Look up the Gibson Guitar debacle, supposedly involving a violation of the Lacy Act. Tell me men of integrity would do that to a storied American company, and then do the above with the Clinton Crime Family. Tell me men of integrity would let ATF and Justice Department officials get away with Fast and Furious.

Etc., etc., etc...

There Is No Rule Of Law... Only The Rue Of Force

Lackey. Toad. Stooge. Political Hack. Dirtbag. Scoundrel. Oath breaker.

James Comey announced the end of the rule of law in the Former United States of America today. Anybody who tomorrow still works under his supervision, and Loretta Lynch's supervision is saying to the world,

"Yes, we are power mongers. No, we do not care about principles. We will do whatever we can get away with doing. We will exercise power over you for our own ends and will burn you alive if you oppose us."

Is that guilt by association? Yes it is. Any member of the Gang who participates or facilitates is just as guilty. You use RICO against the American People, don't you?

What should happen? Here's an idea: Some of the FBI Special Agents, maybe just ONE, who worked this case could take their report of investigation to a U.S. Attorney and recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. They could also compile a criminal case against Loretta Lynch, James Comey, and Barack Obama for facilitating the crimes. I believe they call it misprision of felony. Every FBI agent who worked this case, has knowledge of it, and does nothing about it... well, see the link.

They could present their case to a U.S. Attorney. They could do it tomorrow, 06 July 2016 A.D. They do NOT need Director Comey's permission to do so. The U.S. Attorney could file criminal charges in Federal Court tomorrow, 06 July 2016 A.D. The U.S. Attorney does NOT need Loretta Lynch's permission to do so.

I cannot say what I have been wanting to say all day today any better than was already said at townhall.com.

Money Quotes:

The idea of the rule of law is a lie. There is no law. There is no justice. There are only lies.

and,

They rub our noses in their contempt for the law. And by doing so, demonstrate their contempt for us.

and,

Only power matters, and Hillary stands ready to accumulate more power on their behalf so their oaths, their alleged principles, their duty to the country – all of it goes out the window.

and,

We make it easy for them by going along. We make it simple by defaulting to the old rules. But there are no rules anymore, certainly none that morally bind us once we are outside the presence of some government worker with a gun to force our compliance.

and,

We owe them nothing - not respect, not loyalty, not obedience. Nothing.

Strange Radio Traffic From Orlando Dispatch

A shooter was inside orlando Regional Medical Center? It gets weirder and weirder. Maybe one day someone,  maybe one of those mythical "Vast Majority" guys, will actually tell the truth.

Was there an active shooter  at ORMC? Probably not. Was the statement made to sew confusion? Most likely yes. Was this whole thing just a drill like Sandy Hook? It sure looks that way. Is the media being played just like at Sandy hook? Most likely yes. Do they know they are being played? Some do but don't care. Most are true believers who will report the propaganda they are told to report. If someone dares question their reportage, they go apoplectic, "How dare you question dogma?"

The big lie continues. More than half the population is buying it. Isn't Democracy beautiful?

At the end of the above video you can hear the police having a mad minute when the wall is supposedly breached. Yeah, wait three hours then everyone on scene fire a couple of full mags blindly through a hole in the exterior wall. Great concern for the "hostages" shown there. Good work. Being a SWAT cop means you're just like a Army Ranger or a Navy SEAL... right? right? right?

We didn't really expect them to go into a Gay club and physically clear the place, did we? I mean, they didn't want this to happen... or did they?

Usurping the Florida Constitution.

Headline from theblaze.com reads,

FBI Tells Florida Agencies Not to Fulfill Records Requests on Orlando Terrorist Attack

Money quote:

In a June 20 letter from the FBI to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office obtained by the Sentinel, the agency requests that law enforcement “immediately notify the FBI of any [records] requests your agency received” so “the FBI can seek to prevent disclosure..."

Jeepers, why would they do that? Maybe there is massive fraud involved? Well, we can't have the TRUTH coming out now, can we?

Fast And Furious: The Criminal Enterprise That Keeps Producing Results

For the record,

Fast and Furious was not a "Botched operation", it was not a "Sting", it wasn't a "Law Enforcement Action".

It was a political action. It was deliberate. It was done to undermine the rights of the American People.

The only thing "botched" about it was the cover-up. It wouldn't have been exposed had not a Federal Agent been killed as a result of it. As long as it was mere mortal "civilians" on either side of the border being killed, the program would have continued apace. I do not doubt that other similar operations are ongoing.

But, we may rest assured the vast majority of ATF guys and all Federal Law Imposement personnel are super duper good guys who would never do such a thing. Yep, if they even knew of such an operation they would risk their lives and careers exposing every detail. I'm sure of it.  Don't you remember the dozens, nay hundreds, of ATF agents who resigned in disgust after learning of their agency's deliberate smuggling operation? Hmmm, me neither.

According to Judicial Watch,

One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile “gun-walking” operation known as “Fast and Furious.”

and,

A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

and,

The Phoenix gun owner that the weapon was traced back to was found to have at least two federal firearms violations—for selling one weapon illegally and possessing an unregistered automatic—but no enforcement or prosecutorial action was taken against the individual. Instead, ATF leaders went out of their way to keep the information under the radar and ensure that the gun owner’s identity was “kept quiet,” according to law enforcement sources involved with the case. “Agents were told, in the process of taking the fully auto, not to anger the seller to prevent him from going public,” a veteran law enforcement official told Judicial Watch.

and,

An ATF spokesman, Corey Ray, at the agency’s Washington D.C. headquarters told Judicial Watch that “no firearms used in the Paris attacks have been traced” by the agency. When asked about the ROI report linking the weapon used in Paris to Phoenix, Ray said “I’m not familiar with the report you’re referencing.”

She Broke The Law? Who Fuckin' Cares?

New Docs Show that IRS's Lois Lerner Broke the Law

Reads the headline from a PJMedia piece.

Money quote:

Lois Lerner, the former chief of the IRS Exempt Organization unit and the figure at the center of the targeting scandal, likely broke the law when she transferred 1.25 million pages of tax-return info to the Justice Department in October of 2010.

and,

Federal law prohibits the IRS from sharing tax returns filed with the agency, with very limited exceptions.

Will she be prosecuted? No.

Why? The same reason Hillary Clinton will not be prosecuted.

There is no Justice in the United Socialist State of North America, and therefor, there is no Law.

God help us.

Spoken Like A True Communist!

Why do I think of the phrase, "None shall pass!"

Angela Merkel, the Evil Bitch of Europe, says,

We must act to prevent countries from fleeing EU.

Money Quote:

"And according to Merkel’s spokesman, Britain hasn’t really left until it invokes Article 50 of the EU treaty pertaining to members leaving before any informal talks on the conditions for its departure are had. According to the spokesman, “if the [UK] government needs a reasonable amount of time to do that, we respect that.”
"One thing is clear: before Britain has sent this request there will be no informal preliminary talks about the modalities of leaving," spokesman Steffen Seibert told a news conference."

I have a question, you'll forgive me for being logical, will the EU use its new continental Army to force retention of States who wish to flee? Have we seen this before in recent history?

Nigel Farage Dresses Down the EU Parliament

Enjoy! I sure did.

At least one man in the UK still has his balls.

Nope. Islam is a religion of peace. It isn't death cult or anything like that. It isn't an organized crime syndicate or anything like that. It isn't a political system mascaraing as a religion or anything like that.

So, all is well!

Oh! And, Don't buy a gun! It'll only add to the violence!

Why Is it Only The UK Daily Mail Has This?

image found on Google

Go here and read the full story. One policeman tells the truth. He was told to wait while Omar was supposedly gunning people down.

"A police officer who was one of the first to arrive at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando has claimed he was made to wait while Omar Mateen wandered around the club gunning people down."

Supreme court Says, The Cops Is Always right!

Or, "Prove to me you haven't committed a crime and MAYBE I'll leave you alone."

Go here and read the full story.

First, the Fourth Amendment reads in part,

The right of the people to be secure in their persons... against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated...

The amendment says that you have a right and that it shall not be violated. On its face, a random stop and search of your person without probable cause is a violation of your right to be secure.

Now we have a US Supreme Court ruling called Utah v. Strieff.

So, the cops are watching a drug house. A fellow comes along and a cop stops and searches him without probable cause. The cop demands ID, finds out the man has a warrant, and finds drugs on him. Now, in the days before this Supreme Court session, everything discovered pursuant to an unlawful stop and search would be inadmissible due to the initial stop being without PC (this is generally the way it is supposed to work).

But, Justice Thomas says,

"...discovery of a valid, pre-existing, and untainted arrest warrant attenuated the connection between the unconstitutional investigatory stop and the evidence seized..."

Did you get that?

If the cop finds contraband during his unlawful stop and search it magically becomes not unlawful.

Unconstitutional investigatory stops are A-OK, so long as Officer Friendly finds something on you or you have an outstanding warrant. No probable cause. No fourth amendment required. So, if we have this strait, as you walk down the street, a cop can stop you, search you, demand that you ID yourself, and harass you because he wants to. He no longer needs probable cause at all. If he finds no contraband... well, you can bring suit.

Justice Bryer, Kennedy, Roberts and Alito all agree with Justice Thomas's statement:

"Strieff argues that, because of the prevalence of outstanding arrest warrants in many jurisdictions, police will engage in dragnet searches if the exclusionary rule is not applied. We think that this outcome is unlikely. Such wanton conduct would expose police to civil liability."

If Officer Friendly finds no contraband, you can bring suit. Get butt-hurt over the Officer violating your Fourth Amendment rights? Get over it! What Fourth Amendment? Ha!

I never thought I would agree with Justices Kagan, Sotomayor and Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg, but they said the following:

Sotomayor-"Do not be soothed by the opinion’s technical language: This case allows the police to stop you on the street, demand your identification, and check it for outstanding traffic warrants—even if you are doing nothing wrong."

and,

"If the officer discovers a warrant for a fine you forgot to pay, courts will now excuse his illegal stop and will admit into evidence anything he happens to find by searching you after arresting you on the warrant."

and,

"It says that your body is subject to invasion while courts excuse the violation of your rights. It implies that you are not a citizen... but the subject of a carceral state, just waiting to be cataloged,"

Kagan- "The officer’s incentive to violate the Constitution thus increases: From here on, he sees potential advantage in stopping individuals without reasonable suspicion—exactly the temptation the exclusionary rule is supposed to remove..."

Last question: What is the difference between a cop searching your person without probable cause and a cop searching your home without probable cause? Go ahead. Answer silently to yourself.

Now there is to be no such doctrine as "Fruit from the poisonous tree".

But not to worry, the VAST MAJORITY cops are such good guys that this new authority will never be abused... Oh, well, bad guys, sure. But good folks like you? What are you? Paranoid? Just exactly how much privacy do you think you need? You must be in favor of drug dealers and child molesters getting away with it.

Why don't you just keep your mouth shut, your head down and do as you're told, peasant! What do you think you are? A free man?

You know what? Who fuckin cares anymore? Why bother even making the point. We're so done.

Trump's Anti-Hillary Speech

It actually starts at 35 minutes into the video.

A Good Piece From Truth And Shadows

Go here to read the full piece.

Money quotes:

Why did there seem to be no ambulances at the scene or even arriving with injured people at the hospital (a nurse interviewed in one report said injured people were brought in private vehicles)? Why were injured club patrons being carried by other club-goers past cameras towards the club rather than away from it? And why did they set that person down and stop walking as soon as they appeared to be out of camera range?
and,

So, let’s look at how the event itself played out, starting with how police could wait three hours to re-enter the club and take control of the situation after they had been engaged with the suspect in a shootout three hours earlier? According to a description of the events by USA Today, the shooter entered through a side door and then shot a doorman and numerous others before exiting from the main entrance on the other side of the building. He encountered an off-duty police officer in the parking lot who was working for the club, and they exchanged gunfire. In a disastrous turn of events, this exchange forced the shooter back inside the club. (I’m no armed-siege expert, but isn’t that the very thing you don’t want to happen?)

and,

Some 100 officers from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the Orlando Police Department respond to the chaotic scene.”

It sounds from these reports that the rest of the 100 officers remained outside after Mateen entered the club. According to police, it wasn’t until 5 a.m. (the first shots were at 2:02 a.m.) when Mateen told them he had some kind of explosive device on him that they decided to breach the building by ramming it with an armored vehicle.

and,

How could critically wounded people inside the club be left without help for that long, and how many died because of it? ...

Police explained that they could not move against the shooter more quickly because they had to “get armored vehicles on the scene and make sure they had enough personnel.”

This Is A Joke, Right?

Is nobody taking this seriously? Professional Only Ones allowed this to happen.

Headline from Theblaze.com,

Just One Day After Orlando Terror Attack, Reporters Enter Open Back Door and Explore Terrorist’s Residence

First San Bernadino and now Orlando. Same game, same rules, same "who gives a fuck?". But all the people who own guns and never hurt anyone, are baaaaaaaaaaaaad. Maybe Oathkeepers should mobilize each time one of these events happens. Stuart, are you listening?

What If You Shot A Cop's Dog?

This story comes to us courtesy of David Codrea. The original Story is at The Daily Steeple.

Summary:
Cope go out on a domestic disturbance call. Cops go to wrong address. Cops shoot and kill beloved pet dog named Buddy. Cops then claim there was,

“NO OTHER REASONABLE OPTION”

The question is, what would happen if you shot a policeman's dog at his home? What would the policeman do to you? Or a better question would be, what would the policeman get away with doing to you?

But, you say, the cops were on business! What if you were on your business? What if you were walking down the sidewalk in a local neighborhood and dogs approached you barking and snarling, but staying in their yard? Would YOU be "authorized" to shoot them? Could you claim "No other reasonable option?"

I can just hear the audio coming from the dash cam on this one,

"Keep your paws when I can see them! Stop resisting! Stop reaching for my gun!"

One Of The Big Lies: Driving Is A Privilege

found on google

Read the following:

https://mainerepublicemailalert.com/2016/06/10/u-s-supreme-court-says-no-license-necessary-to-drive-automobile-on-public-highwaysstreets/

Money Quote:

"The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness..."

General David Petraeus: Oathbreaker

image found on google
By the way, what are you saluting there, Dave?

This story comes from Breitbart.com.

It seems that the esteemed General is colluding with Mark Kelly (husband to Gabby Giffords) to form an advocacy group, with the intention of lobbying for universal background checks. That is, universal prior restraints.

http://www.breitbart.com/2nd-amendment/2016/06/10/general-david-petraeus-forming-gun-control-group-with-mark-kelly/

Leftists never get enough of placing prior restraints on rights until they feel better. They never feel better. There are only more restraints on your rights.

How about your right to breathe? Should we put prior restraints on your right to breathe, until you are able to prove you "need to"?

On a related note, what famous General didn't want to be seen at Bilderberg? I'll give you a hint... where do you think he gets his marching orders?

The Vince Foster Murder and Cover-Up

This is video worth your time. It is nearly twenty-nine minutes long. Grab a cup of coffee and watch. Seriously, take a few minutes and watch. I found a link at Rense.com, which led to fbicover-up.com.

Remember, the Vast Majority...

Kommifornia: Ninth Circus Strikes Again. No Concealed Carry. No Open Carry.

image found on google

This story comes from The Blaze.

It seems the Ninth Circuit court of appeals in Kommifornia has decided that,

"An 11-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said law enforcement officials can require applicants for a concealed weapons permit to show they are in immediate danger or have another good reason for a permit beyond self-defense."

Now, we can pretty much assume the Constitution is a dead letter. I suggest you read Ken Royce's Hologram of Liberty.

The Heller and McDonald decisions both require that all lower courts consider the right to Kepp (own and posses) and Bear (carry!) arms is an individual right and the 2nd Amendment protects it. That is the highest law in the land.

A couple of years ago, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals required the State of Illinois to come up with a Shall Issue permitting system to facilitate the concealed carry of firearms by law abiding citizens, or open carry would be the law within the State. Illinois has 120 days to comply. The State complied.

See here for more.

The Kommifornia legislature and the Ninth Circuit Court with both soon be slapped into compliance with the highest law in the land. Either Kommifornia will go open cary with no concealed carry or they will get creative with a new Shall Issue law. They will initially drag their feet as D.C. is doing, but eventually they will probably pattern it after Texas law as Illinois did.

Standard Procedure. Self Explanatory.

Watch the video FIRST.

Did you watch the whole thing?

Now, tell me again about the Vast Majority, how they are all super duper good guys, who believe in the Constitution and bill of rights, would never do such a thing.

Tell me again how its just a few bad apples who give the whole bunch a bad reputation. Tell me again how we shouldn't judge the whole group.

Hey, Officer Friendly, if you know it is going on, if you witness this and you do not stop THEM from doing this, if you do not make a report, if you do not speak out and denounce this, if you turn a blind eye and allow it to continue, YOU ARE one of THEM.
