The man in the backseat was being obnoxious. 

Is it fun to torture caged animals? Is it moral? Is it Lawful? What about caged human beings?

If you're a cop, you can do it right? Doesn't having a Super Hero costume and a Magic Shield make you impervious to being wrong? What the hell, you can always lie about it right? Nothing will happen to you anyway.

Thankfully, the deputy in the video has been fired by Indian River County, FL, because the video exists. If the video didn't exist, it didn't happen, right?
